MAJOR CO-OPERATIVE ACHIEVEMENTS
  Assisted in the formation over 100 co-operatives in Australia.
  Established and managed the Ballarat Employment Co-operative Ltd in 1980, creating over 20 jobs during 1980-83.
  Prepared policy for and assisted in preparing drafting instructions for the Victorian Co-operatives Act 1996 .
  Successfully lobbied politicians in the Victorian parliament to support the Co-operatives Bill, without amendment, 1996.
  Won the inaugral Victorian Co-operator of the Year Award for his work on the Victorian Co-operatives Act, 1998.
